My story

I am Pelin, and my journey in baking started in my childhood and carried to the Netherlands. I come from a very inspirational and vibrant city, Istanbul, where you could easily lose yourself in thousands of flavors. In the history of this big city, food was always a great reason for gathering, celebrating, sharing life, and keeping different cultures in harmony in the same place- just like it is in my family.

My mom used to make birthday cakes and a table full of delicious sweet & salty pastries for me just to make my day unforgettable. I carry this beautiful tradition and keep baking for others. I believe in the power of baking, how it magically connects people and creates happy memories and spreads love all around.

I bake from my home to deliver naturally leavened breads, cakes, tarts, cookies, salty pastries & more. I also enjoy making unique birthday cakes & cupcakes and party foods for special occasions. My latest obsession is trying new products for special diets, such as gluten free, vegan, etc.
